Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Bulky Goods Surcharge
Oversized or heavy items (e.g. large frames, cargo bikes) may incur a bulky goods surcharge. This will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
International Orders
We primarily serve the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote. All listed prices include UK VAT. International orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
