By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Formation of Contract

Displaying products on our website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order dispatch confirmation. The automatic order acknowledgement email is not an acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error. In such cases we will notify you and offer a full refund.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@aokbikes.com before returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Hygiene goods with broken seals (helmets, gloves)
• Business-to-business orders

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages and our Shipping Costs page. These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers except where statutory rights apply. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store card details on our servers.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of AOK Bikes Ltd until payment is received in full.

7. Warranty & Statutory Rights

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty. If a product is faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

AOK Bikes is not liable for damages arising from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
